Redwood 25B: issue when creating price lists and discounts

The Redwood interface for creating price lists and discounts is available in this 25B version. According to the published documentation, they are not mandatory, but we decided to test them and identified that the "Create Price Adjustment Matrix" option is not enabled, and this company defines its prices based on the customer's account and the item's EFF attributes. How will this need be met in Redwood in the future when its use becomes mandatory?
