How to stop compensation notification

Summary:

Hi - We are working on rolling out our merit plan for the year and we have been seeing this notification coming across to managers after their one up approves their merit worksheet. I would like to disable it at this time but I cant figure out where to stop it. I have tried in the task configurator along with configure global settings in the compensation module. Can someone help point me in the right direction?
