How to handle weight increase in Dual UOM items during material issue when primary UOM is Kilogram?

Summary:

We are using Dual UOM functionality in Oracle Cloud Inventory for Cotton. The Primary UOM is "Kilogram" and the Secondary UOM is "Bale", with a fixed UOM conversion where 1 Bale = 100 KG.

At the time of receiving, the cotton is received as 100 KG and 1 Bale (as per defined conversion). However, due to environmental conditions (e.g., moisture absorption), the actual weight at the time of issuing the same 1 Bale increases to 105 KG.

We want to understand:
