After 25B Line Manager can't see Team Time Cards

Summary: After 25B in PROD, the Line Managers can't see time cards to approve them. I had Redwood HCM enabled in TEST before 25B and Line Mgrs are able to see the timecards in TEST. So there is something different between TEST and PROD even though they're both on 25B.

I've enabled profile options, run the ingest processes, run Compute ACL for all users (and scheduled the Compute ACL processes) and done the absence migration.

I'm at my wit's end. Managers are trying to approve timecards right now for the Monday morning deadline. I filed an SR but there's no response from the engineer. I called twice.
