How to Show Popup Window Before Supplier Registration (Redwood UI)

Hello,

We have a requirement to show a Terms and Conditions popup before a supplier can access the Supplier Registration page (Redwood UI).

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When the user clicks the registration link, the popup should appear first, and only after accepting it, the registration page should open.

How can this be implemented?Is there any supported way to achieve this behavior?
