Data is not being passed between the app and Responsys

Summary:

It appears that data is not being passed between the app and Responsys, which means that opt outs are not being logged.  Our investigation suggests that this is for users on Android 14 or higher, and those on 13 or lower are OK.  We were wondering if there were any known issues or potential problems with Android 14 or higher.  We are currently using SDK version 6.53.  We are unable to send push messaging to Androidusers until we can find a resolution for this, so we would appreciate anyassistance you can provide from the Responsys side.
