Redwood - Disable/Remove Attachments Pop-Up, while submitting Talent Profile for approval.

Summary:

Hi Team,

While submitting Certificate/Licenses for approval, we are getting additional screen (Pop-up for attachment and comment) which was earlier not available on Responsive UI. This is an issue for us as we have hidden the section level attachments and are using DORs.

With this Redwood change, the pop-up allows us to add an attachment even after disabling the section level attachments. This can be misleading and the users might upload their documents on the pop-up instead of DOR.

The pop-up if defeating the whole purpose of hiding the section level attachments.

Please let me know if this pop-up can be hidden/disabled.
