Trouble Routing Jobs with Long Durations

Business Objective: As a business we have three key objectives with routing: 1) Minimise Travel, 2) Route work within SLA 3) Route work based on operational priority

In most circumstances the SLA end would be reflective of the jobs priority, but in a situation where we could have hundreds of jobs with the same SLA, we'd want those with the highest numerical priority (as defined in the activity as a custom property) to be routed ahead of those with the lowest. With this in mind we have used routing filters and assignment/resource costs to give preference to the activities with higher priority.
