25B feature Hiding Receive Now button is not working as expected

We tested the 25B feature provided above but its not working as expected with ORA_RCV_SSR_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_LINE_RECEIVING set to Yes

Casual Receiver: Is still seeing the "Receive Now" button

If we change the ORA_RCV_SSR_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_LINE_RECEIVING to No, then the "Receive Now" button disappears for the same casual receiver but as per design we need the ORA_RCV_SSR_ENABLE_MULTIPLE_LINE_RECEIVING set to Yes.
