AOR HRBP approval for change location

Summary:

Hi All, I'm trying to enable self-approval for location changes when an HRBP initiates the request. Currently, all CWK workers are assigned to the legislative country US, but in some cases, the location country may be India. When an HRBP based in India tries to change the location, the system throws the following error:
“Approval simulation couldn't be completed. Check your approval rule configuration.”

Is there a way to reroute the approval hierarchy based on the location country instead of the legislative country?
