Cannot access Qualificaticaiton details of a worker in Fusion HCM REST API

We used to access Qualifications details of a worker using REST API talentPersonProfiles/300000015867857/child/educationSections

or talentPersonProfiles?q=PersonId='12383744'&expand=educationSections

which is no longer visible now. Can anybody help me out if there has been a change
