How to create advanced rule in Workflow spreadsheet with condition 'Each' or 'None'?

Summary: In BPM it was possible to use expressions like EACH and NONE in Advanced Mode. In the workflow spradsheets it is not present. At least it seems that way. How can we create such expressions?

So far I have not been able to find any proper documentation on this topic. Also the example template do not provide any information.

How to provide the conditions which used to become available in the Advanced mode, like None or Each. For example I need Rules for the following:

  • If NONE of the Journal Lines are for accounts (segment2) < 400000 THEN AutoApprove
