Unable to perform return material transaction to maintenance work order

Summary:

Unable to perform return material transaction to maintenance work order from the Issue and Return Materials from Inventory page after the Redwood update. The transaction type column is not available to select the transaction type, as highlighted in the screenshot below.

In one model instance, this feature is available, while in another model instance with the same setups and updates, this feature is missing.
