Locked out and no way to receive password reset email. It's been a whole year now...

Hey everyone, I’m back here again because it’s been a whole year, and I still can’t access my tenancy or reset my password. I’ve tried multiple times, sent complaints, and honestly, nothing has changed. At this point, I don’t even know if my previous requests were acknowledged, because I haven’t seen any improvement. I know I’m not the only one dealing with this, and I can see others are still struggling with the same issues. Has anyone had any luck getting this resolved? Any workaround that actually works? Thanks in advance.
