How to Fetch Business Unit and Warehouse to a value set of Sales Order Line EFF?

We have business requirement where we need to populate certain EFF based on Business Unit and Warehouse (already populated in Line warehouse).

I have created Table based value set for the EFFs to be populated, but I am not able to add a where clause based BU and Warehouse.

I am looking for something like :{PARAMETER.SOBusinessUnit}, :{PARAMETER.SOWarehouse} which I can put as condition like we can do for DFFs.
