Inactive employees seen in the LOV of Expense reports Owner list

Hello,

I am a delegate for many staff members, While submitting the expense reports, inactive employees names are visible in LOV Owner field. and I would like to remove the past employees from list.

Is there any way to avoid Inactive Employees from the Expense reports Owner list of values.
