PBCS - Migrated Financial Reports to Reports, but no artifacts are displayed in the target folder

Tested the migration of an existing Financial Report to Reports by using the Migrate Report icon (for a single report). I selected a target folder that was created in the Library to test this migration. A success message was displayed, but when I inspect the target folder, no artifacts are displayed. I tried re-running the migration with the same name and target folder, but receive an error that the artifact already exists in that folder.

Note: While reviewing the Oracle video documentation for migrating FR to Reports in PBCS, I noticed that the Navigator menu displays "Reports", which opens a page with icons on the left to select the report type, one of which is Financial Reports. In my PBCS instances only "Financial Reports" is displayed in the Navigator Menu. (Perhaps this is related to my issue?)
