Request for Guidance on Managing DEI Attributes in OTBI Analysis Following Executive Order 14151

In response to the Executive Order 14151, "Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing," signed on January 20, 2025, our Compliance team is working to enhance access controls related to DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) attributes within OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Analysis reporting.

We are exploring options to either:

  • Remove these sensitive attributes from existing subject areas, or
  • Segregate them into dedicated folders or subject areas that can be managed through security roles and administration.

Has anyone implemented a similar solution or come across effective approaches to restrict access to DEI-related data in OTBI Analysis?

Any insights, best practices, or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
