"Requires Succession Planning" Field is not available in Redwood pages of Create/Edit Job/Position Profiles.

Our organization is currently working on succession plan for key roles, we have seen that there was a field provided by default for making a role as Requires Succession plan. But in Redwood it is no longer availableI(verified in VBCS as well).

What is oracle's plan on making this available. Do we have this as part of roadmap (or) will this no longer be supported?
