How to hide 'Delete' option from actions menu on PO page and under Manage Orders page

Hi,

We have business requirement to hide 'Delete' option from actions menu on PO page and under Manage Orders page. I found some notes in customer connect itself to hide it using sandbox, but we have enabled Redwood pages for POs & AGTs, so just wanted to check what steps should be followed in order to hide from Redwood PO & AGT pages. Can someone please provide a document/share the steps, thanks in advance.

Also if its not possible to hide, can we make it non-actionable for end user role and make it work (delete PO when hit delete button) for super user role ? thanks
