Synchronize Data Table Rows REST API

I am currently using the /rest/v18/adminCustom{tableName}/actions/synchronize endpoint via Postman to update rows in a data table. Is it possible to upload a CSV file so that its contents can be processed and used to update the corresponding rows in the data table?

Are there any alternative APIs that allow updating rows in a data table by providing only a subset of columns, rather than the complete row data?
