Three Issues with Source Codes
Summary:
Today we use a third party vendor for our career site. When an applicant goes to apply, they are redirected to the ORC career site to complete their application. we have been seeing some issues with incorrect source codes following the candidates journey into their application amongst other issues, see below. I was wondering if anyone else has run into these issues and what they did to overcome them.
Key Problems Identified
Source Code Overwriting
Even when UTM tagging or tracking URLs are applying source codes correctly, they are often overwritten later in the candidate journey (e.g., via self-service portals or recruiter edits). This is mainly due to Recruiters having to delete the application and create a new one in order to add more work history and or education for the applicant.
