Request for Auto-Population of Start and End Dates in Evaluation phase

We would like to request assistance regarding the automation of date fields in the Supplier Qualification module, specifically during the evaluation phase.

We need the system to automatically populate the “Qualification Start Date” and “Qualification End Date” fields during the evaluation phase, as follows:

Start Date = System date (the current date when the evaluation is created)

End Date = Start Date + 1 year (365 days ahead)

Additionally, both fields must be fixed and not editable by users, in order to enforce a consistent qualification period and prevent manual changes.

To streamline the evaluation process, ensure consistent date ranges across all evaluations, and eliminate potential manual entry errors.
