Migrating foreign currency balances

Summary:

Hello,
We are migration balances from r12 to cloud.
We have both functional and foreign currency balances in our extract.
The issue is when we will load the foreign currency in Cloud additional lines will be posted in the domestic ledger.
These lines will be duplicate since it will already have been taken into account for our extraction of domestic balances from R12.
Are there any way to prevent the duplicate entries being generated in cloud?
