Autocomplete rule on person name is impacting family and emergency contact, can we restrict it.

Summary:

We have configured an autocomplete rule to restrict future & past dated name changes. The object validation rule for Person Name object is created but as it is applicable for Family & Emergency Contact it is causing an issue since it is not letting employee to create emergency contact in past or future. Is there any way we can restrict the rule not to trigger for family and emergency contact page.
