Summary: Recruiters are attempting to send email messages from ORC when SMS is verified and preferred. They are stating that the email isn't being received. Will the system allow you to send an email when SMS is preferred?

Content: Looking to see if this is able to be completed, when a recruiter is looking to send an attachment (not supported in SMS) to an applicant they choose email to do so and are being told that the email isn't received by the candidate.
