How do we efficiently get a detail by contract of the RMCS accounts?

Summary:

We implemented RMCS in October 2023. We created a report to allow us to perform netting under ASC606. The report has each of the RMCS accounts but they do not tie to the Oracle Cloud GL. We perform no manual entries so the issue is getting the detail of what is in the GL to compare to the report.

RMCS requires creation of an asset, discount, and liability account. We are unable to obtain the amount per contract that is in each of the RMCS accounts without downloading all activity life to date and summarizing on the contract. Our contract are 5 years old and then are month to month. We tried to create reports to help with the netting but we know that it does not tie to the RMCS account. How do most people know what Oracle contract numbers are in their RMCS account balances? We have hundreds of thousands of contracts so it is not
