Oracle support experience with ORC Redwood has been extremely frustrating

Summary:

We are currently working on a project involving ORC Redwood Pages. During our analysis, we identified several potential issues. However, instead of Oracle opening a bug report and providing an estimated roadmap, Oracle Support has requested that we submit these issues as "Ideas"—even when they are clearly errors.

For example, we’ve encountered problems such as invalid values appearing in the list of values, and fields that should be blocked but remain editable, values appearing together without sufficient spaces. These issues make the system more prone to user errors and less secure. If implemented as-is, these changes would likely not be accepted by our users.
