25B Feature Advanced Collections: Email of Open Transactions to Customers

Trying to enable the Email Open Transaction Copy option in the Manage Collections Preferences setup task to expose the Resend, Regenerate and Send, and Regenerate and Review actions on the Collections dashboard. Error message: The preference value is invalid (IEX-615030). I have an email address in Send or return email address.
