Push inbox campaign(Message center) limit per customer

Summary:
1) Assuming in last 30 days there are 100 message center campaigns with overlapping start date & end date to the same customers
How many message center campaigns a customer can see?

2) I have triggered 100 message center campaigns to one customer, assume limit is 15 per customer, does this mean the customer will only see the latest 15 message center campaigns based on campaign launch datetime?
