Generate''Credit Memo'' invoice for additional discount

Hi All,

Our client works in the pharmaceutical industry,the sales orders are discounted by the Ministry of Health by default. Sometimes an additional discount is given to some customers based on specific criteria, Is it possible to seperate this additional discount in independent invoice with ''Credit Memo'' type not included in the original invoice? The first invoice is the client's original invoice with the discount of Ministry of Health and The second one will be is a ''credit memo'' invoice with the additional discount only.
