Set value in fields in the position details section of the promote and change position page

Summary:

Hi, on the promote and change position page in the position details section, I cannot assign a value to a field that already has a value previously. I created a simple business rules to assign a value to 2 descriptive flexfields, one of them set the value and the other did not. In testing, I discovered that if the field is empty, I can set the value, but if it already has a value, it cannot be set, in this case, the ANM_CentroResponsabilidade (Centro de Responsabilidade) field already had a value, and was not set, while the field called
