For the India MSME suppliers (small suppliers) there is a government mandate for companies to use the “Trade Receivables Discounting System (TreDS)”.
Does Oracle have an interface and/or partner to comply with the government mandate, the deadline of which is June 30, 2025?

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

TReDS is an online platform designed to help MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) suppliers receive early payments by discounting their trade receivables. This system improves cash flow and reduces the waiting period for payments from buyers.
