was trying to fetch the date format as 01-Jan-2025 in bip getting an error

in Reporting and Analytics for HCM 4 comments

Hey i have a requirement in the bip where the date format is 01-Jan-2025

and in the SQL of bip i have used the format like

TO_CHAR(ele.EFFECTIVE_END_DATE,'DD-Mon-YYYY') AS EFFECTIVE_END_DATE, (Seen in one of the oracle docs)

but when im using the above format in the bip i run into error

Can anyone please tell me why im facing this error or if you have an alternative syntax for the above requirement please share it.
