Request to Show Latest Accounting Periods First in Inquire and Detail Balances UI

Summary:

Hi Team,

In the Inquire and Detail Balances screen, when we click on the Accounting Period field, the list of values (LOV) shows periods in ascending order (oldest first).

We would like to know if there is a way to:

  1. Show the latest open periods first (descending order), or
  2. Filter the LOV to show only open or recent periods at the top.

Can you please confirm:

  1. If this feature is available in the current setup?
  2. If not, is there a workaround or enhancement we can request?
    This will help users quickly select the most relevant periods without scrolling through old ones.
