How to Change Hyperlink name in Tax withholding form in Employee self service

Summary:

When employee logs in under Me > Pay > Tax Withholding page it shows Federal Tax card and State Tax card details. This is a redwood page and inside we have a hyperlink for Forms. currently it shows as Federal and AK (State Code). We need to change this name, How can we change this name? I dont see any fields related to it in VBS. Can anyone help me in this.
