Audit report to capture critical events of user activity

Hi Everyone,
One of our clients is looking for the reports that show logons, access attempts, and data modifications.

Does any seeded report exists in the Oracle Fusion Applications which can show logons, access attempts and data modifications?

We found one of the Audit report "Generate Audit report", but we are not getting any data.

We tried with different parameters, but still the same issue.
