I'm looking for more information relating to Bucket & Work Zone configuration within OFSC Core please. As I understand it the product appears to allows Work Zones to be defined at the Bucket level and if the level of the Work Zone is defined at 100 & engineer resources, who are children of the bucket, don't have any Work Zones, they will inherit the default Work Zones. To counter this, if engineers have defined Work Zones, then they can only work in these areas?

How would this work if I wanted resources from Bucket 1 to pick up work from Work Zones defined in Bucket 2? Can this be done? Is there a hard rule which would prevent us from doing this, and if so can it be relaxed within Routing, but kept for appointment booking?

Howdy, Stranger!
