Created new EFF on sales order fulfilment line but it is not available in GET API.

Created new EFF on sales order fulfilment line but it is not available in GET API unless a new revision os sales order is created.

We want to update the value for this EFF for all the open Sales order in system. but when we use GET API to find EFFLineID to update we dont find this field. and are not able to update EFF at fulfilment line level.

But when we create new revision of this SO and submit this EFF line ID gets populated and using that we are able to update the EFF.
