Do we have BICC PVOs for GL_SETS_OF_BOOKS and GL_TRANSLATION_RATES?

Need to extract data from cloud tables- GL_SETS_OF_BOOKS and GL_TRANSLATION_RATES. I am unable to find any PVOs in any lineage sheets. Do we have PVOs available for them?
