Unable to Update usage quantity to the billing summary since Usage feature updates

This is very critical for our customer to be able to update usage manually.

I do not see anymore the button "Update usage quantity" to my active Subscription Product Billing Summary.

The item I use is assigned to a rate plan with USAGE CHARGE :

It seems that development team added very recently new features. Loosing this option should be considered as an important regression.
