Need to Add Privilege in a Role

We are Facing issue in Create Opening Balance Journals in Reporting Currency or Secondary Ledger, schedule process, not able to select the Target ledger.

this privilege might solve this:

(GL_RUN_CREATE_OPENING_BALANCE_JOURNALS_IN_REPORTING_CURRENCY_PROGRAM_PRIV).

but not able to add this in any existing role nor in custom role. Please advise if anyone has idea on this. Data Access is also given.
