Recruiter can access Job Applications under the Activity Tab which they do not have access

Hello everyone,

A candidate has submitted applications for both Requisitions "A" and "B". However, the recruiter responsible for Requisition "B" does not have access to Requisition "A". When this recruiter checks the candidate Activity tab and he is now able to view Requisition "A" and those details including Offer detials.

However, if recruiter search the Requisition "A" directly, it will return nothing, or show you do not have access to this job requisition.

I would like to check if any security setup make my recruiter is able to view the candidate applied Requisition details?

My expectation is recruiter can view the candidate have applied to Requisition "A" but he cannot click into it to view the details.
