Claim reference removed from AR Receipt after settlement – visibility for audit

Summary:

We’ve noticed that after settling a claim using the Credit Claims module, the claim reference is completely removed from the AR receipt — including from the Activities section. This poses a challenge for audit tracking, as there’s no longer a visible link between the original claim and the receipt, once settlement is complete (e.g. via write-off, credit memo, etc.).

Is there any recommended workaround or best practice to preserve this linkage for audit purposes — for example, a way to expose the claim number in the Activities section or in another accessible place in AR UI?
