Hello Guys,

 We  need you expert opinion on the below scenarios.
1. If the field agent changes his route while delivering a product will it change its Travel time?
2. In case of a vehicle breakdown during the course of product delivery, the order is assigned to another team by the Core Manage operator manually. The new resource needs to pick up the Order from the vehicle breakdown location and then deliver it to the customers. How do we mention the vehicle breakdown location as the first Activity as pickup and then followed by assigned task.
