On Manage Invoice screen not able to take action on Multiple Invoices

Summary:

On Manage Invoice screen I am able to select multiple invoices, but system is not allowing to take action on all the selected invoices at once, however I am able to take action on single invoices. Business wants to take action on multiple invoices at once on the Manage invoice screen
