PR attachments not correctly show as approval email attachments

We notice that the PR email notification is not showing the email attachment correctly, especially when the file name is long. Wonder is there a length limitation on the attachment file name when they attach through email?

When submit PR for approval, we expect the attachment should be attached in the email (beside the links shared on in-app notification and email notification detail), the form of attachment files can be .msg, .pdf etc. however in the past two weeks, we've been notice that some msg with name length over 60 digits and pdf with over 120 digit are not display correctly, their names are cut in the middle, along with the file extension. in early May we were still able to attach files in email approval with similar long names over 60 digits, so wonder could it
