"Negotiations" Checkbox Missing on Redwood Requisitions Page

I hope you are doing well.

The "Negotiations" checkbox is available on the classic UI for Requisitions when creating a Non-Catalog request. However, it does not appear on the Redwood Requisitions page. Could you please help identify the reason for this discrepancy?

Please note that the "Negotiations" checkbox is available when creating a requisition using the "Enter Requisition Line" feature.
