OFSC Collaboration and Daily Extract

I'm currently in the process of implementing OFSC Collaboration within our organisation, and we have a requirement to report on the volume of messages and the information being shared by the users.

After opening a ticket, Oracle confirmed that this information can be delivered within the daily extract in the {COMPANY_NAME}_chat_message section.

Can anyone with expertise in this area of OFSC configuration offer advise on how to set this up?  None of the daily extract entity types appear to have the fields that match this, and the online documentation doesn't really help with understanding how to do this.
