Cannot increase the Price on Purchase Order created from Purchase Requisition due to Price Tolerance

Hi,

We want to increase the price of a Purchase Order (PO) that was created from a Purchase Requisition (PR). Currently, we have a "Price Change Tolerance Percentage" control defined in the system, which is preventing this. We do not want to remove this control, as it is set to 0 to restrict price changes.

However, there are valid cases where the PO price needs to be higher than the PR price. For example, during supplier negotiations, the quoted price may be higher, and the PO must reflect that. Similarly, when creating a PR from a PO, there may be instances where the price needs to be increased, but the control prevents this change.

Howdy, Stranger!
